Hi, my name is Bullwinkle and I am about 6 months old. I was a stray, can you believe it? Who could ever let me out of their site? A nice lady scooped me up and brought me to into the loving arms of IEBR. Thank goodness she did, because while I was a stray it appears I was hit by a car and I suffered a broken pelvis and lots of bruising. The doctors think I will heal just fine, because I am so young. I am in some discomfort, but my foster mom keeps a close eye on me to make sure I am always clean, dry and comfortable.

UPDATE: Our little Bullwinkle is on medication for incontinence. This will be a lifetime issue. He will need to wear Diapers for the remainder of his life. HE HAS NO CONTROL OVER HIS MOVEMENTS. It will take a special someone to adopt Bullwinkle, please only inquire if you are willing to commit to Bullwinkle for the remainder of his life.
