Tootsie
Tootsie is about 4 years old and came from a local shelter. Tootsie does have microphthalmia, it is a vision disease that is a birth defect and no treatment or cure. Her vision is limited as a result, she is not in pain and considered handicapped since her vision is limited somewhat.
Tootsie is playful with her toys, likes car rides, like other dogs after she gets to meet them, rolls on her back, likes to sun her self, eats well, drinks potties, pees and does everything just as a dog with normal vision does - but slower at first and takes a while to get use to her routine. She does startle at first with strangers and takes a little time to warm to to new things or strangers.
Adopters will have to meet in person for adoption.
