Karen Jolene Kalbach

Karen lived her life fiercely and passionately, and also with compassion and generosity.

She devoted herself to helping others, guiding them to live a life of wellness.

She was an avid marathoner and trail runner admired  by her companions and described as a beast on the road or trail.

Karen's great love was her rescue Bulldogs who were her constant companions over the years.

Their funny faces always made her laugh.

Karen's dream was to someday have the ability to rescue multiple Bulldogs at once, primarily senior dogs, so they can spend their days in a safe and loving environment.

Karen's family and friends are honoring her wishes by contributing and supporting the Bulldog Club of America Rescue Network.

Karen, we will always love you and keep you in our daily thoughts.
