Guffman Topkin October 2018
Mothers: Stacey Topkin and Hannah Brett
His devoted mama, Stacey, describes Guffman best in her own words:
Guffman was an instant friend. A beautiful appendage to any who let him close and showed him affection.
Guffman was a big brother, who at 6, opened his arms to a sister, Frankie. Without hesitation, he welcomed her - what was his, became hers. So bonded a pair, he couldn’t rest without his body touching or crushing hers.
Guffman was a son. A devastatingly handsome and perfect gentleman who protected us daily, made us proud but also made us laugh hysterically. He was with usfrom the start of our relationship. Hannah, Guff and I were a threesome. A unit for 6 years, until we became a foursome.
Above all, Guffman was my best friend. A connection so deep, I swear we could look into each other’s eyes and see our souls. He got me, and I him. We loved hard, cuddled harder and stood by each other thru life’s most trying times. I never felt alone in life with Guffman in it.
I will never be the same without you, but a better person because of you, Guffman.
Rest In Peace, my sweet, delicious Baba. @frankieandguffman
